Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Highly intelligent young individuals flock to Boston to further their education and hone their skills, while playing a major role in our local economy. Upon graduation, the bright lights and big names of New York City and Silicon Valley has drawn them away. But Boston has hit the trifecta (quite literally) with outstanding technology, healthcare, and education sectors that no other city can rival. As a result, now more than ever, this group is choosing to stay - creating a very attractive and much sought-after talent pool.

Boston is home to this panel’s impressive group of young professionals. In this session, they’ll tell you first-hand why they chose to build their careers here. We’ll also explore why Boston is THE best place for young talent; and how you can help retain this talent in our area, help the trend continue.
