Senior Director of Consumer Insights
Stacey Symonds is currently the Senior Director of Consumer Insights for Orbitz Worldwide. In her current role, she partners with a wide range of internal business leaders to integrate the voice of the customer into day to day running of the business as well as strategic planning. She has over 15 years of experience in client-side customer insights, brand strategy, and market analysis through her roles at GM, Capital One and Lands' End prior to joining Orbitz in 2010. Stacey holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.A. in Applied Social Research from the University of Michigan. She serves on the External Advisory Board of the A. C. Nielsen Center for Marketing Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and is on the advisory board for Google Consumer Surveys.
